About Dj Vital
DJ Vital was born in 1980 and showed early signs of creativity which he later manifested through Art and Music. His first musical passion was for the drums at the age of about 13 which gave him a good basis for Djing and Producing. After getting through school he went to college and did Art & Design where he met Gaz A.K.A - FLUID 1 and through Gaz he met Tim A.K.A - Future Shok (DMSD), they got him into HIP HOP in a big way as well as Graffitti later. During the next couple of years he learnt how to DJ/Scratch and spent a lot of time doing Graff with Fluid 1. Now he DJs and produces hiphop, drum, play bass & guitar, scratch (also in a band called PAPER TIGER), does graffitti on canvas, design tattoo's, and he's worked as a Graphic Designer for 2 years. DJ Vital has recently been colaborating with Peter and the Wolf (PAPER TIGER), doing some cuts and scratches and playing percussion in recorded projects aswell as live performances.
