About Deborah Gonçalves

Deborah is an upcoming Portuguese singer, known by being a contestant on Idols and The Voice. She was on born in Lisbon (19/02/1985). Her father was a musician therefore music was always part of her life. When she was 18 she decided to take her changes on Idols where she finished on the 6th position. After her participation she was invited to become a back up vocalist for several tv shows and some of the biggest Portuguese bands. In 2011, she decided to cast for the Voice (portuguese version) where once again she finished on 6th place. Her elimination was one of the most revolting moments on portuguese TV so far as everyone was expecting her to win.
