About Compact Disco

Compact Disco is an elecronic band from Budapest, Hungary. The band was formed in 2008 and consists of Behnam Lotfi, Gábor Pál and Csaba Walkó. The band released their first album “Stereoid” in 2009, followed by “II”. The group have also released their most known song “I’m in Love” worldwide over the last two years, and won an MTV European Music Award for “Best Hungarian Artist” in 2011. On February 11, 2012, they won the Hungarian National Final to represent Hungary in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The band’s Eurovision song, “Sound of Our Hearts” has been written by the band themselves. They were the tenth artists for Hungary in the Eurovision Song Contest. Next year, one member of the group was a member on the jury of “A dal” to choose the Hungarian entry for 2013. Fourth member Attila Sándor, left the band in late 2012. In 2013, the group released their fourth album "The Storm". In 2018, the group released their fifth album "Compact Disco 4." which contains the singles which were created after 2013, and two brand new tracks and it's entirely composed of songs sang in Hungarian.
