Circuit des Yeux is the stage name of American vocalist, composer, and singer-songwriter Haley Fohr, based in Chicago. Her music is characterized by her 4-octave vocal range and 12-string guitar playing. Fohr also makes music under the name Jackie Lynn. Fohr began releasing music as Circuit des Yeux in 2007. The following year, she released her debut album, Symphone. Fohr released her seventh studio album, Halo on the Inside, on March 14, 2025, via Matador Records. "Circuit Des Yeux, the main musical outlet of Chicago-based composer Haley Fohr, has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years. Early albums like 2011’s harrowing and heartfelt Portrait pulled listeners into an insular world using only Fohr’s guitar and her haunting, multi-octave voice. Gradually, she began opening the project to trusted collaborators, first on 2013’s Overdue and 2015’s In Plain Speech and later as Jackie Lynn, a cocaine-dusted alter-ego backed by Chicago synth jammers Bitchin Bajas.
