About Choses Sauvages

Choses Sauvages is a Quebecois funk, rock and independent pop musical group composed of Félix Bélisle, Marc-Antoine Barbier, Thierry Malépart, Tommy Bélisle and Philippe Gauthier-Boudreau. The band released their first EP, Late Night, in 2013. In 2015, they released Japanese Jazz, a second EP that continued their exploration of dance music. In 2018, the band released the self-titled album Choses Sauvages, their debut studio album. This earned them the GAMIQ Award for Indie-Rock Album of the Year. In 2021, the band released Choses Sauvages II on the Audiogram label. In 2025, following the release of the single "En Joue," which addresses the dehumanization of certain populations, Choses Sauvages released Choses Sauvages III, an album inspired by the post-punk universe.
