"Chasing Lions have flown under the radar and landed smack bang at the top of the pile, their debut demo oozes melody, heartfelt songwriting and clever time changes. Guitars intertwine laced in mathrock but with feet firmly placed in the more original side of 'post hardcore' . Singer Jack Powell relates stories of youth and love with a genuinely passionate and great voice whilst the rhythm section chops and changes time signatures with a seeming disregard for conformity! With nods towards meet me in st.louis and this town needs guns, these guys would sound completely at home on a label like bsm, and they'd give alot of the bands on the roster a run for their money!
