There is more than one artist with this name, including: 1) Celtic Cross was a British psytrance band created by Simon Posford (aka Hallucinogen) together with Saul Davies and Martin Glover; 2) Celtic Cross was a French hardcore punk band; 3) Celtic Cross was an American folk band from New York City. 1) Celtic Cross comprising Simon Posford (Hallucinogen, Shpongle, Younger Brother), Saul Davies (James) and Martin Glover aka Youth. The style of music could be described as psychedelic rock, ambient and dub music with ethnic influences. Their only release is "Hicksville" and a remix version of it titled "Hicksville - Remastered & Remixed". Besides "Hicksville", the also produced a couple of tracks which appeared on compilation albums. The cover of the Hicksville was designed by Mark Neal, the same artist who worked on Posford's Twisted and The Lone Deranger, as well as the Shpongle albums. 2) Celtic Cross was a French hardcore punk band. The album "Fils D'Europe" was released in 2003. 3) Celtic Cross was an American folk band from New York City. The band released "Last Call" in 1999.
