About Carishma
Carishma Bela, better known as Carishma, is an American recording artist and performer. Carishma appeared in a commercial for Snap-On Feathers, which featured her song "Glow In The Dark" that is produced by Rodney Jerkins. In late 2011, she recorded a song with producer Timbaland entitled "Keep Hangin' On". Recently, Carishma debuted the video premiere of "Glow In The Dark" on MTV.com. The video was directed by Taj Stansberry, whose video for "My Last" by Big Sean featuring Chris Brown nabbed a "Best New Artist" nomination at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. Stansberry also directed the Jennifer Lopez music video for On The Floor which is currently the second and female video most watched YouTube video of all time, with over 440 million views. Carishma's album is slated to be released in summer 2012, which includes work by songwriters and producers Rodney Jerkins, Timbaland, J.R. Rotem, Rico Love, and Claude Kelly.
