About Camafeo
Camafeo is an argentine Experimental Progressive lo-fi Hardcore group founded in Buenos Aires in 2001 by guitarist/vocalist Javier Ignacio Arias Monteagudo. The group had numerous line-up changes ever since. In 2008 a promotional release "Demo" included several songs that later became part of the debut album "Onyria" officially released on January 2012. On August 20th 2012 a collection of old tapes, demos and outtakes was released under the name of "Das Spiel der Betrüger und Menschen verwechselt" (The game of betrayers and confused people) through the argentine netlabel Isla Vision. The band announced through twitter (http://twitter.com/camafeo) new album "Levitadurians" to be released in January 2013, with a first single to be published in advance in October 1st.
