Calis is Carl-Johan Hedlund from Falköping in Sweden. With a DMG-01 he creates high-energy gameboypop with Little Sound Dj. He debuted with a demo in 2005 including 3 tracks and has since then played in Sweden, Scotland, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, England and Wales. Calis was a part of the Chiptune Alliance 2007 which took place in UK with some of the best chipmusicans in the world, such as Sabrepulse, Random, USK and Maru.
