Biography: Bourbon was formed in August 2006 in San Francisco by Christopher Peters and Scott Monteith. Original drummer Christopher Simmons was added in October 2006, for their show at local bar Ireland's 32. Simmons was replaced in 2009 by Deborah Saenz.
