A spontaneous festival performance lead to a full-time partnership between Colorado-based MC Souleye and San Francisco-based livetronica trio BLVD on the road and in the studio. Consistent touring has brought this collaboration to the vanguard of the live electronica movement continuing to break down boundaries between dance club culture and the live music community. The synthesis of these two scenes has been BLVD's primary focus since the band's outset in 2003 and their live interpretations of electronic music blend naturally with Souleye's conscious and rhythmic approach. BLVD is: Tripp Bains (Bass, Keyboard), Dylan McIntosh (Drums, Samples), Curtis Sloane (Guitar, Samples) and Souleye (Vocals) 2. BLVD. is a music Producer/DJ who quickly rose up the ranks in the music industry. Having released an album titled "Area Code", which features collaborations with Shaquille O’Neal, Laidback Luke, and Fatman Scoop, he has garnered millions of plays and support from the world’s top DJs. His recent original releases are heavily featured on Spotify’s powerhouse editorial playlists; Beast Mode, Hype, and Bass Arcade. DJ support has come from the likes of David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Diplo, Steve Aoki, Illenium, Timmy Trumpet, and many others.
