Bengü Beker (born January 17, 1986, in Çorum, Turkey) is a Turkish singer, songwriter, and actor known for her emotional voice, cinematic songwriting, and poetic lyrics. Trained in cello and piano at the Çorum Fine Arts High School, she later studied music education at Abant İzzet Baysal University and theatre at Haliç University. After years of performing in theatre and television, Beker made her music debut with the single Yağmur Olsam (2023), followed by Sana Yıldızları Ödediğimden and Defterli (2024). Her debut album, Bir Yol Bu (2025), released under Pose Records, blends alternative pop and Anatolian motifs with intimate, melancholic lyricism. Recognized for her artistry and depth, she received the Best Breakthrough Artist award at the 2024 Altın Kelebek (Golden Butterfly) Awards. Bengü Beker continues to collaborate closely with acclaimed artist Mabel Matiz and is celebrated as one of the most distinctive new voices in contemporary Turkish music.
