Best known for their dark epic "Geek Love" which was inspired by the book by Katherine Dunn about a family of freaks and was voted the #1 song of the 1992 John Peel Festive Fifty. Their moving songs tackled heavy subjects. BBM were: Elizabeth Freeth: Vocals, Steve Eagles: Guitar, Stan Lee:Bass & Lamp:Drums. Often wrongly dismissed as an one hit wonder they suffered at the hands of record companies. They were hard to pigeonhole by the media as they experimented with different styles of music. Musically they covered alternative rock, pop, dance and ambient.
