About Armoury Show

A post-punk 'super' group formed by Richard Jobson, ex-Skids frontman and the impeccable John McGeoch ex-Magzine ex-Banshees now sadly not with us. Their high water mark was 'Waiting For The Floods'. Unfortunately the floods never came due in large part to their anachronistic sound. Majestic but alas way past it's sell by date. That said the Glory of Love and Castles In Spain are a joy to the ears. Jobbers Wagneresque mini-epics. Worth a few listens.
