About Apson

Los Apson are a mexican rock and roll band that was formed in the city of Agua Prieta Sonora, place from where they took their name AguaPrietaSONora. They took Mexico by surprise back in the 60's and led the genre movement "Invasión Norteña" or northern invasion. Some of their biggest hits were cover versions of american hits like Fue en un Café (Under the Boardwalk), Sussie Q, Solo un Sueño (Just a Dream) and many more. The songs were translated from English to Spanish, and Los Apson saw an unprecedented success in their home country, thus becoming one of the biggest bands in mexican history.
