Angels Take Form was formed in 1998 by d.Nord. Releasing the first album Dead Eyes of God in 1999, then PerVersion 2.0 in 2001 and Eschatology in 2003. A forth album was in the works but most of it was scrapped. The name and title has been tossed. A new album is in the works currently. Angels Take Form is : d.Nord - Vox, Programming, Synth, Guitars, Pianos, Drum Programming, SoundFX, all around assassin.
