alfred heinrichs- when lars heinrichs, born in east berlin, paid for his first vinyl record of rok in 1992 at the counter of “hardwax”, it was clear already where things would be going. gripped by the revolutionary, punky spirit of change of the still nascent techno movement of the 90’s he quickly made his way from demo tapes to the turntables of berlin clubs. anxious, lively and curious are the attributes which best describe his personality and these translate into the music he creates. always in search of new horizons he produced his first tracks in 1997 and released his first vinyl on dns records. further releases followed and brought him the first national and international gigs. in 2003 he founded "heinrichs&hirtenfellner", his first project with which he invented what he calls “the simply beat from the street". since 2006 lars heinrichs has produced and released his work under his own specifically designed labels: supdub and supdub digitales. “at the moment it’s all about creating room to unleash your identity and creativity as a solo artist”, he says. this “room” is currently taking shape in the form of his new playground “moonplay records”. in addition, he now produces the project “maria” jointly with roger more. without doubt it can be noted that lars heinrichs is still in the driver’s seat of heinrichs&hirtenfellner but at the same time his solo project is a journey taking him to his musical future in the fast lane. nächste releases....
