Alexey Vladimirovich Vorobyov (Russian: Алексей Владимирович Воробьёв) (born January 19, 1988 in Tula, Russia), also known as Alex Sparrow, is a Russian singer and actor. In 2006 Alexey was signed into Universal Music Russia. In 2008, Alexey competed in the Russian selection to Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "Новая русская калинка" (English: New Russian Kalinka). In 2009 he competed again, with the song "Ангелом быть" (Angelom Biht). On 5 March 2011 Alexey was selected to represent Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with the song "Get You".
