About 陳嘉唯
Renée Chen who hails from Los Angeles debuted as a hip-hop/R&B artist in Taiwan in 2003 with her album, "Who's Renee?" She was nominated and won the Best New Artist award at the Golden Melody Awards. People have praised her for having a strong voice. Chen can play multiple musical instruments: piano, cello, flute, and guitar. Her dancing skill are impressive for someone who never took any formal dancing lessons, and she choreographed her own dance moves for the "Feel Good" and the "Spider Web" MVs. Chen also writes and composes music, for example the "Spider Web" is her own piece of work. "Miracle Renee" is her 2nd album after 5 and a half years and it include a Mandarin version of Lee Hyori's "Toc Toc Toc." It was released on October 31st 2008.
