About 棉花糖
Born on the busy streets of Taipei in 2007, katncandix2 (棉花糖) are formed by guitarist/composer/producer Sheng Zhe and vocalist/lyricist Xiao Qiu. The street musicians released their first EP "2375" in 2007 to great critical acclaim, and in 2009 they released their first full-length album "Small Flight" (小飛行) followed by "Goodbye Prince" (再見王子) in 2010. The charm of katncandix2 lies in their simple lyrics and lovely melody lines, as the beautiful sound of Sheng Zhe's acoustic guitar fused with Xiao Qiu's natural vocals to give their urban folk music healing qualities.
