About パスピエ
パスピエ (Passepied) is a Japanese pop rock band formed in 2009 by Tokyo University of the Arts graduate Haneda Narita. Their sound can be described as minimal melancholy pop tunes with jazz undertones and high-pitched vocals, electronic mix. They brand themselves as a band with "21st Century Style Super High Performance Personal Computer Destruction Music". Their November 2011 work “Watashi Kaika Shitawa” became a long-seller. They joined Warner Music Japan in 2012. On June 27, 2012, they released their 2nd album “ONOMIMONO”. Their first full-album 演出家出演 (Enshutsuka Shutsuen) is released on June 16, 2013. Haneda Narita acts as the band's leader and main composer. Besides being the vocalist and the lyricist, Natsuki Ogoda is also responsible for creating the band's album artwork.
