Wust El Balad (Arabic: وسط البلد‎) is an Egyptian Soft rock band, founded in Cairo in 1999 by 2 of its current members, Ahmed Omran and Hany Adel. Currently the band consists of 7 members. They released their debut album in 2007 and the second one in 2011. The band's name means "Downtown" in Arabic.
