Danny Robas (b. 1957) is an Israeli pop-rock singer and songwriter. Robas first album "Misgarot" (Frames) came out in 1983. Only 4 year later he released his seconed album and one of the most successful ablums of his, "Panim Veshemot" (Faces and names). On the early 80s Danny Robas also played "translated" songs (he changed lyrics of some somngs to be funny, as a parody) as "Jimmy Ohana" character. He achieved a limited amount of fame during 80s and early 90s, when his album "BaDerech el haOsher" (on the way to happiness) sold about 100,000 copies in 1989. Two years later he realased his most personal album. "Beguf Rishon" (on a first body), which succeeded much less than the previous one. Till the 2000s Robas relased 2 more albums, "Broshim Vehamanoit" (Pines and Sunflowers) and "Kacha Ani Ohev" (that's the way I love) RObas didn't realese any more albums till 2008. On 2008 he realased a new album which Ironically called "Masheu Hadash Mathil" (Something new begins)
