About Однажды
Однажды ("Sometimes" in english) were russian duo, consisted of a composer Sergei Nizovtsev and the girl Diana, both on vocals. They bounced into the charts in 2000 with hit Я одна ("I'm alone"). Their single Гром ("Thunder") have been released, after what they appeared to be a brightly shining star on a russian popular music scene. Uncommon sound, usage of house beat combined with lyric tunes and grumbling guitar were their speciality. In 2000 they released their debut album named "Гром". Later on they have won an award "Ovatciya" as best duo, as a writer Sergei Nizovtsev won "Zolotoy gramofon" and "Pesnya goda" ("Song of a year") awards. Being on their top in 2001 the group unexpectedly broke up. Diana have fall in love with Sergei's friend and left the group. This way the duo came to it's end. http://www.vipmusic.ru
