Το συγκρότημα δημιουργήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1994. Το 1995 ηχογραφούν το πρώτο τους demo με τίτλο "Θεών Σημάδια". Τον επόμενο χρόνο συμμετέχουν στη "Συλλογή με ελληνικά συγκροτήματα Νο1" με το τραγούδι "Του Έρωτα". Το 1998 κυκλοφορούν τον πρώτο τους δίσκο με τίτλο "Θεών Σημάδια". Ο δεύτερος δίσκος κυκλοφορεί το 2001 με τίτλο "Η Πιο Όμορφη Στιγμή Στους Αιώνες". Το 2005 κυκλοφορεί ο τρίτος και τελευταίος τους δίσκος "Κυτταρική Εξίσωση". HEROUVIM (or ΧΕΡΟΥΒΕΙΜ in Greek) band was shaped 14 years ago and they have released 3 full-length albums apart from various compilations that they have participated. The group remained alive although the Hellenic alternative stage has nearly vanished at the late '90. The lyrics of E.Vagenas (founder of the group) is comprehensive poetry touching the aspects of Love and Death. The sound of Herouvim is based on a mix of electronic and classical rock forms approaching DarWave and EBM. The band has always integrated under their personal mode.
