About &U&I
&U&I are a math rock/post-hardcore band from Birmingham, United Kingdom. Born from the sudden split of UK underground heroes Blakfish, they bring a much more dischordant, urgent and agressive atmosphere to the table; in doing so pushing aside much of the major-key harmony and jokey vocal one-liners that made their predecessors so vital. To date, &U&I have released a five track EP called, Kill The Man That Shot That Manand a critically-acclaimed full-length in Light Bearer. They have also toured with 65daysofstatic and have shared billis with the likes of Maybeshewill, Adebisi Shank and Talons.
