Takuto Kitsuta is a video game composer and sound designer. He started at HAL Laboratory but later moved to Creatures Inc., where he has been the main composer of the Pokémon Ranger and PokéPark series, as well as for the game Detective Pikachu. He also assisted the Game Freak sound team in HeartGold and SoulSilver, where he worked mostly on the Kanto music.
