SUENOS is a Latin Soul from Sacramento, California that was formed in 1979 under the guidance of songwriter and producer Frank Lizarraga. Two songs, BABY, I LOVE YOU and OH LITTLE GIRL received extended airplay. IM SO CRAZY FOR YOU was well received on both West/East coasts and in Europe. Their cumbia LA CITA and ranchera SOY COMPESINO received airplay on Spanish radio stations regionally and nationally. "HOLLYWOOD GIRL and more Chicano Soul" CD-411 was reissued by Lovetaxi Productions in Summer of 2006. "ESTRELLAS Vol 1 & 2" featuring 33 songs from their studio projects and session work with other Latino singers and artist’s recorded in Spanish was released as a double digital CD in May 2010. The original recordings, released in 1979 -1989, are some of the most sought of that era and have been retrieved and transferred from classic vinyl LP and master tapes. Currently three original members perform with LUVTAXI, a Latin beat band.
