About sleepiece
sleepiece was the "going home" club sub-unit of Sakura Gakuin active between 2010 and 2016. The group first appeared on Sakura Gakuin's debut album "Sakura Gakuin 2010 Nendo ~message~" in April 2011, performing the track "Medaka no Kyoudai". The original members were Iida Raura, Horiuchi Marina and Sugisaki Nene, and the unit became inactive as they graduated from Sakura Gakuin in March 2014. However, during Tokyo Idol Festival 2015, Sakura Gakuin announced the second generation of sleepiece. The members of the second generation were Ooga Saki, Kurosawa Mirena and Asou Maaya. After Ooga Saki graduated from Sakura Gakuin in March 2016, it was announced that Fujihira Kano would join as a new member. The unit became inactive again as Kurosawa Mirena graduated in March 2017.
