This virgin release from Philadelphia's Advanced Idea Mechanics label teams local breakcore nutter Ed Flis (a member of irritant record's DuranDuranDuran) with Chicago's "king of splattercore" genius Seppuku Fashion. The A side features 2 tracks by flis, one a slower dubby industrial tune (apollo machine) which erupts halfway into furious breaks and noise, the second a short breakcore track (ich bin geil) featuring equal amounts bill & ted and crust punk(?). Seppuku's side starts off gently and then kicks in with his trademark abstract breaks & noise (mr. numbers), then eases out with a much darker yet somehow bubbly ambient track (sleep fix).
