Marlin, the great is an Australian rapper hailing from Sydney. His musical career began in early 2021 but his love for the culture began many years prior. Taking influence from some of his personal favourites, like Earl Sweatshirt, Elzhi, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, and MIKE, Marlin's music is a breed of lo-fi, alternative music with lyrics reflecting his personal trials and tribulations. In 2022, Marlin took a vacation to the United States, meeting idols and experiencing the culture. Since then he has been working on new material, an album titled God Works Thru Jasper. Jasper is a reference to his cat of the same name.
