About hatezuki
Hatezuki is a self-taught, independent producer and vocalist. Starting off in audacity (a free DAW), Hatezuki started learning the basics of Hyperpop until they received their first windows laptop as a birthday gift. Almost instantly they went to download FL Studio to learn what the more professional DAW had to offer. They initially took immediate inspiration from artists associated in the Hyperpop genre such as; Oaf1, Syko, and Ezekiel in late 2020. Every artist has that ONE song that just pushes them to start a career in music, and that song for Hatezuki was "Backseat" by Aldn. Hatezukis' first release on Spotify "LIFE'S DRAINING" was a traditional Hyperpop song written with an artist by the name of "ELEMENT3K" and produced by "Arey". This song touched base on a lot of issues that arose during the height of covid; and being a teenager during this time especially. quote "everyone had the same toxic mindset and shared their hate with everyone around them like a virus. It just made me feel so insignificant because I tried so hard to fit in and mold myself to the point where I had lost the idea of who I was growing up to be" - Hatezuki Hatezuki proceeded to push music out with popular songs like Before I Fall, Hollow, and Sticks; They are also planning/working on releasing new projects over the course of 2023/2024!
