About Rivalo
Rivalo is an beginning artist from Genemuiden, The Netherland, born in 1996. He first started his musical history in Fruity Loops trying to make Trance music. After a lot of failure and trial&error the song "Going into Space" (2011) went live. The song was obviously inspired by artists like Armin van Buuren and his own Armada label but also had some Progressive House and IDM flavours into it. While Rivalo's music taste changed, his music changed too. "Somewhere Far Away" is a Chillout song with still some Trance inspiration. But "Walking down the rain." is a big change from the first songs that delivered a weirder sound to try to get away from the "Trancy"-sound. "No.2." is his latest song, inspired by Progressive Rock artists like Yes and Genesis. It was soposed to be a song from his first EP but the song won't be part of it. Rivalo is still working on his producer and songwriting skills and is trying to get his own defined sound out there. Rivalo is currently working on his first EP/Album. Last edit: 9 July 2014
