Mari Ferne is a music producer, singer, illustrator, designer and animator who debuted as aquoferne in April 2022. She makes indietronica, ambient pop and various forms of rock and electronic music, and she is known for her collaborations with N33T, Viznode and D'art-. She worked on visuals and production for N33T on the record label bitbird in 2022 and 2024, and she performed at the virtual festival Etherea Fest in July 2022. She made her live debut under the name aquoferne in June 2025 at the Birdclub at OffKai Expo in San Jose, California. aquoferne is also known for her bands waiting's room, frogstand, XxCHALKEYFANCLUBxX and Burn Out Boys, making music with artists such as Pretty Patterns, glasse, keyseeker, CHALKEY, Vedra and Codly.
