AIIS is a band formed by Sverrir Valgeirsson and Arianna Benigno. Sverrir has had a guitar in the hands since he was born and has been making music for fun (and not) from the end of 2012. He is the brain behind the songs, writing the first draft of them, including the lyrics and playing all instruments. He also spends an infinite amount of time mixing, adjusting and playing with each song until they are ready for being published. Arianna has conquered a classical piano diploma and has been happily singing in choirs, dreaming of getting a chance to sing something else since she was a teenager. She sings both backing and lead vocals as well as is involved in the songs making by giving feedback and iterating the music with Sverrir. There will be some song in the future where she plays the piano. While Sverrir is Icelandic, Arianna is Italian. They both live in Sweden, where they have had an intertwined history for about 15 years. They finally decided to become a band in August 2017, after having had lots of fun making the song Unravel together.
