About Your Mom and the KerplunX
Your Mom and the Kerplunx were a Ska group formed in late 2002 in Middletown, Rhode Island, United States. The band were one of many bands in the ska scene based around nearby Newport, Rhode Island. The group disbanded in 2004 after the members graduated from high school. The band reunited for a one-off performance in the spring of 2007. Recently a few members of the band formed a new group called Sharkweak. YMK members were Nick Logler (drums), Casey Sullivan (bass), Joe Perreira (guitar), Chelsea Bernstein (guitar), Ryan O'Sullivan (trombone), Ben Kiracofe (tenor sax) and Dan Malin (trumpet).
