About Young Gliss

Born in the rough streets of Philadelphia, Young Gliss is the youngest of two children. Coming from a musical background (cousin from The Roots Ahmir Thompson "AKA Quest Love" ALSO Lee Andrews from Lee Andrews and THE HEARTS) Gliss received His name from his brother "Ali's” Rap book. Ali overheard him reciting lyrics that he had written for a song and loved it. The name stuck, as ALI and would influence Gliss to find his own style and sound. His HIP-HOP sound consists of lyrical word play and great hooks which has established him as a great Upcoming Artist. Debut CD “Dealin With The Pressure” Coming 09.
