Yamaguchi Kappei is a seiyuu, known for example as L (from Death Note), male Ranma (from Ranma ½), InuYasha (InuYasha), Monta (Eyeshield 21), Usopp (One Piece) and Sakuma Ryuichi (Gravitation) and of course, his hit, japanese dub of American TV comedy, South Park, as Kyle Broflovski.
