“not for the easily offended, otherwise enjoy the chaos” Wreckless Media Radio is the aftermath of Not Another Tech Podcast. NATP started in a studio in downtown Detroit on a cold winter weekend in December of 2005. As the title implie, we were a technology podcast that brought the tech news weekly with a side of comedy. After the first few months we were gaining listeners at a rapid pace. We were featured on the front page of several podcast directories and blogged about by the tech community. After about 20 shows I had the ambition of creating my own studio instead of using our Detroit location. After putting in a lot of time and money we finally had our own professional studio that we could run rampant in. Around show 22 we had moved into the studio and the alcohol flowed and the comedy spewed out of my mouth like it was going out of style. At this time our show had gained a huge fan following. We were known for our insane humor that left people laughing while asking themselves WTF?! This went on and we grew more and more. We were picked up by several Internet radio stations, the most prominent being TPXRadio. That is when the show went live. More recently we have been featured on the front page of stickam.com and people watched us do the show live. By the time we reached Show 50, my co-host Joe had to bid us farewell due to time issues. But with his departure from the show, a new era was about to arrive in the form of a new show and new co-hosts. “Evil” Greg and Bryan Corpolongo joined the show and we blew away listeners with our comedic dynamic. The show grew in entertainment value while our tech news roots began to fade away. This is when I decided that having a tech podcast no longer made sense. We were a professional talk comedy show with a tech podcast title. So we did the only logical thing there is. Changed the name of the show. Wreckless Media Radio was born. We now offer you your usual weekly podcast that is featured live on TPXRadio.com Thursdays 7P.M. to 8P.M. EST. Along with the podcasts we release Vidcasts also. There are the in-studio vidcasts that show the chaos of the show that you just don’t get to experience in the audio only version. And there are also our sketch comedy videos. Wreckless Media Radio is your weekly dose of professional chaotic comedy that brings you the latest, greatest, and strangest news and life stories with our own blend of mean spirited, twisted and sometimes sick, humor. If you are looking for a humorous look at the world we live in, this is the place. Wreckless Media Radio is hosted by Brian Berris, Evil Greg, and Bryan Corpolongo. We are known for including our fans in our shows, whether it be e-mails, voice mails, suggestions, or live appearances, we always find away to show some love.
