About World's Fastest Car
World's Fastest Car was a short lived band fronted by Walter Schreifels after the break-up of Quicksand. The band included Arthur Shepherd (Mind Over Matter) on bass, Alex Barreto (Chain of Strength) on guitar and Eric Stams on drums. They only played a few shows in Japan and one show in Philly before breaking up, leaving demo recordings for an unreleased EP and LP. Walter reunited briefly with Quicksand for a tour with Deftones, and then started Rival Schools, while Arthur went on to start errortype:11.
