About Word and Number
Word and Number currently exists as a Chicago based trio whose music may be described as electronic and includes aspects of pop, experimental, and psychedelic. Live performances find them employing the use of synths, drums, bass, laptops, midi-triggers, and various alt audio controllers, to weave a sometimes chaotic, and other times subdued soundscape. While everyone in the group uses a wide array of sound generating devices at any given time, the current primary roles may be described as follows: B Crich - synths/electronics; C Behmer - drums; M Loseke - bass.
