Virulência is a hardcore/crossover band from Arapiraca-AL, Brazil. The band was formed in July, 2014 by a group of friends who decided to play a more agressive sound. Influenced mainly by Thrash Metal and Hardcore/Crossover bands like D.R.I., , the Brazilian bands Ratos De Porão, Sepultura and D.F.C, Slayer, Anthrax, Nuclear Assault, etc., the band tries to create its own sound, even adding elements of Braziliam regional music styles such as Baião, Maracatú and others. The line-up: Allisson Brito - Vocals Juan Kennedy - Bass Rodrigo Polati - Guitar Paulo Ivo - Drums
