About Viraje En U
Viraje en U (in Spanish, "U Turn") is a rock band from Llay-Llay, Chile. The band started in 2014 when the lead guitarist, along with his uncle, dusted off songs that the latter kept in a drawer. They called on different musicians to form their current lineup, with which they have toured various regions of the country, always with rebellious, sarcastic lyrics consistent with their stance and vision. Currently, they are working with IGED Records on their first album. The members of Viraje en U are: Nicolás Cabrera (guitar and backing vocals), Carlos Espinoza (vocals), Mauricio Cifuentes (guitar), Cristóbal Jimenez (drums) and Alejandro Vera (bass).
