Venera is a dark electronic band consisting of Korn guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer and Composer/Filmmaker Chris Hunt. Their self-titled debut album was released on 13th October 2023 via Ipecac Recordings, featuring guest artists HEALTH, Deantoni Parks, Rizz of VOWWS and Alain Johannes. The follow up Exinfinite was released on 12th September 2025 on PAN and features guest appearances from Chelsea Wolfe, Dis Fig and FKA Twigs.
