Veeti Kallio (known also as just "Veeti") is a Finnish singer and actor, born January 1, 1966 in Rovaniemi, Finland). He was shot to the limelight in the late 1980's as a member of a band called Veeti & The Velvets. Additionally Veeti was in a band called Leningrad Cowboys for a while. In 2010 he took part in the Finnish preselection of the Eurovision Song Contest with a song called "Kerro mulle rakkaudesta" (Tell me about love) written by Veeti Kallio & Pekka Ruuska.
