About Unbibium
Unbibium is a 4 piece band coming out of the south side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Starting in 2011 the band has gone through several personnel changes (ex-vocalist Tony Leone) to arrive at a solid lineup that looks to stay for many years to come with Ricky Gonzalez(Vocals), Tony Johnson(Guitar), Tory DeWalt(Bass), and Juan Rocha(Drums). Taking a progressive outlook on music and putting it to a Djent sound with a few grooves Unbibium looks to take their scene much further than their home state of Wisconsin. Unbibium takes an approach to a live performance with one thought in mind, “people come to see a show if they wanted to listen to us they would buy a CD.” High energy and a certain aggression are brought to each and every live performance without a doubt. Immense effort plays an important role in making their live performance a sight to see and something you can hear without a struggle to pick out what’s happening. Unbibium’s drive is relentless toward their music and there is always room to grow and they will find it and go there. Unbibium has a grasp on a unique set of goals. Make a living doing what you love so you can do it even more would be the first. The next would be to make metal something everyone can enjoy and destroy the negative stereotypes that have been given to it. Community is what should be brought to this music scene where as in earlier years there has been a sense of rivalry amongst musicians and fans. Shows should be events for everyone so bring yourself, your best friend, your significant other, your brother, your sister, your mom, your grandpa, your niece, your nephew and anyone else you see walking down the street and let’s have a F**KING GOOD TIME!
