About Treeweaver
Treeweaver is a death/thrash/black metal band from Cleveland, Ohio Treeweaver was started in 2013 by a Death Priest to serve as an outlet for their interests in death, the afterlife, and heavy metal. The Spirit Worlds demo EP was released on February 8th, 2014 and was the first release for the band. It was written and recorded in 2013-2014 by a Death Priest in the Void. The main influences on this release were artists such as Morbid Angel, Destruction, Darkthrone, and Poison (Ger). On April 30th, 2014, Treeweaver released its second demo entitled Aradia. The demo has four songs and the music took a turn for a more black metal and doom metal influenced sound. On May 13th, 2014, Treeweaver released new single entitled Kykeon as tribute to Chuck Schuldiner, since May 13th is his birthday and on May 13th, 2014, he would have been 47 years old.
