Toru Funamura 船村徹 (Hiro Fukuda, ふくだ ひろお, June 12, 1932 - February 16, 2017) was a popular Japanese Enka singer, composer and musician. Born in Shiotani, Ibaragi, he made his recorded debut as a songwriter in 1953, and since then has written over 5000 songs.
