About Tonqixod
Progressive/Psychodelic Rock trio from Belarus. They released their first album titled Pradmova ("Foreword") in late 2014. Their second album "Kolier jakoha niama" ("The Colour Which Doesn't Exist") followed in 2017. It received awards for Best Album, Best Rock Album and Best Belarusian-language Album from the leading Belarusian music portal Experty.by. The project was effectively dissolved in 2018. Each of the members of the band was detained at some point in 2020 and served his politically motivated detention at the infamous Okrestina facility. None of them currently reside in Belarus.
